You may apply in person at the main station Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm located at 110 Oak Street Lebanon, TN. 37087

You may download the application HERE and return it to the main station Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm. All applications should be delivered to the officer manager.
